There are ways to default the selection list to every value in the list, but I needed to add the option of ALL to my parameter list, default to ALL, and then most importantly have ALL show up in my header instead of showing every item in the list. WebbI have a sharepoint list which contains 100,000++ items, and i define this view to show all items (without any filters), but the view is only showing the items which was modified 9 hours ago:- here is where the panel is showing that there are items added 1 minute ago, but it is not showing inside the list view:-

Webb12 maj 2024 · Well "Limit columns by View" does exactly what it says, it's only going to limit the number of Columns to fetch from the Get Request, other View Settings do not apply. But if you want to filter out the data being fetched by your Get Items action, you can use Filter Query. You can refer this post for further information on how to use Filter Query.
