I've just moved into a house where the previous occupiers had a slight obsession with metal plasterboard rawl plugs - the sort that cover a good square cm both sides. I say slight obsession, there must be about 100 in here! Not sure of the best way to remove them, guess I'll have to rip them out and fill ...
