Web15 jul. 2024 · The laptop can only charge when it's turned off. When it is turned on, it will charge for maybe 10 seconds and then stop reading that it's plugged in at all. This means that I can only use my laptop for as long as the battery lasts before it shuts down and I have to recharge it. Please help. Thanks in advance.
