Web4 de abr. de 2024 · Thread pitch is the distance from a point along one thread to that same point on the next thread. You can measure thread pitch from the crest, the trough, or any point in between. For metric parts, this is measured in millimeters, and there’s a general rule to remember: bigger pitches mean coarser threads, and smaller pitches mean finer … WebThe form of a Whitworth thread is based on a fundamental triangle with an angle of 55° at each peak and valley. The sides are at a flank angle of Θ = 27.5° perpendicular to the axis. Thus, if the thread pitch is p, the height of the fundamental triangle is H = p/(2tanΘ) = 0.96049106p.However, the top and bottom 1 ⁄ 6 of each of these triangles is cut off, so …

Now stretch the end of the tape measure across the nut’s diameter to the flat-side directly across from it (in this case this would be the opposite edge). If it is a metric nut, count how many lines are on each side.
Web8 de out. de 2015 · So to come back to your question: It's difficult to say. It depends on the time your database calls take and the how heavy you use your CPUs for other calculations. I think there is no other way but trying it out and do some performance measuring. But in general it's better to have less threads since it takes a lot of resources to create a thread.
