WebAfter quite a bit of research, here is what I have found. There is, apparently, a glitch in the Dawnguard DLC. The glitch appears to only affect Nords and High Elves. When they become vampires, no glowy-glowy. So, it would appear that the reason you're not getting glowing eyes is because you're playing a Nord. WebNov 13, 2016 · PS4=no external resources.
