Web1 day ago · Hello, I am a windows insider and have the education version installed. However for months I have no been able to get into my Surface 4 laptop. The window logo appears and then it requests my bitlocker key. I enter it and have pressed ESC, F11 and just enter and it restarts my computer just to enter bitlocker all over again.
